HIFIMAN Smart (hereinafter referred to as the "APP" or the "Application") is an APP product provided by Kunshan HIFIMAN Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our company").

IV. How We Process Minors' Personal Information

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. We do not identify users by age as a prerequisite for providing products or services, but the nature of our products and/or services requires that you be an adult with full capacity for civil conduct.
